Beta Test Period is July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.

As a participant in the free Beta Test Period, you will have an opportunity to:
- Get a sneak peek while we continue to build out the RND;
- Understand your usage volumes and trends so you can choose the best subscription for your business;
- Take advantage of early Safe Harbor protection if you get a Query Response of “no”;
- Trial the RND and understand system functionality and how to prepare for using the RND going forward (e.g., prepare your internal systems for automated querying and understand response times); and
- Provide feedback on your experience and suggest enhancements to the RND for future consideration.

Step 1: Register
Interested parties should have their Primary Contact send an email to support@reassigned.us, indicating the type of registrant (Caller or Caller Agent). You will then receive an email from RND Customer Support with a link to the online registration process. For more information on the registration process, please review the Registration User Guide.
Step 2: Login
Once registered as the Primary Contact, you can invite users from your company to access the RND. Additionally, you can manage your company’s users, profile, subscription types, and billing information.
If you are a Caller Agent you can add new Client Companies to your profile after securing a Letter of Authorization from your clients. The LOA template can be found here.
Step 3: Select Your Subscription
During the Beta Test Period, there will be four subscriptions to select from based on your anticipated querying needs. Once you have selected your subscription, you will be directed to enter in billing contact information. Please note, this is a free Beta Test Period and we will not ask for or require any payment information at this time.
Step 4: Start Querying & Provide Feedback
You can now begin querying the RND with your clients’ phone numbers and dates of consent via the Web GUI, SFTP, or API. For more information, please visit our Resources Page for the Query Guide, Caller API Guide, and User SFTP guides.
Please note, the RND is refreshed monthly, and the latest data is available on the 17th of every month.

Subscription Choices for the Beta Test Period
The following are the subscription choices for the Beta Test Period from July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. After September, all free subscriptions and access to the RND will be disabled.

A Note About General Availability Pricing
As the RNDA, we are going to leverage the Beta Test Period and feedback we get from participants to work with the FCC to establish the Subscriptions Tiers and associated pricing for General Availability starting November 1, 2021.
Paid access to the RND will be through a pre-paid tiered, subscription-based fee structure. The tiers will be based on the number of queries the subscriber anticipates making in the RND and the subscription shall be based on the period of time during which the subscriber may make the queries.
Each tier shall be associated with a flat-rate amount, charged at the beginning of the time period, and which covers the volume of queries during that time period up to the upper query volume limit.
The initial rate for the lowest tier, that is the tier allowing the smallest number of queries, will be capped at a penny per query, assuming the maximum number of queries. Higher tiers, that is tiers allowing larger volumes of queries, will have incrementally lower per-query charges to reflect a volume discount.
We anticipate having three terms—1-month, 3-months, and 6-months. In the future, the RND will support annual subscriptions.
